  1. General
    All relationships between pure shop aps and the customer are governed by our Terms and Conditions of use. The customer recognizes to have acquainted himself/herself with the conditions and term of use at the time of signing the order. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions of use by the customer must be changed and approved by pure shop aps by writing. We reserve the right to price changes, sold out goods, and accept no liability for any printing errors. Special prices cannot be combined with other discounts.

    2. Forming of the Contract
    All of our offers are subject to confirmation. The contract between pure shop aps and the customer is only complete after order has been submitted and customer has received confirmation of the order from pure shop aps by e-mail. In case of sold out goods, errors/mistakes on Website, pure shop aps is not obliged to fulfil or validate the order. We reserve the right to price changes, sold out goods, and accept no liability for any printing errors. As regards products with "special prices", we do not offer the 10% discount on these.

    3. Delivery/Shipping
    Shipping time within Scandinavia is usually 1-3 working days (not for Norway because of Norwegian customs' handling time), within the European Union 2-7 working days and to all other European Countries 3-10 working days. We only ship to European countries for free when buying for our free freight amount, wherease countries outside Europe do not have free freigth unless agreed in writing, and we do not ship to all countries outside Europe. We are not responsible for any delays of the shipping company or post office. If products are not available at the time of order, the customer will be notified in writing and may cancel or change his/her order at that time. pure shop aps reserves the right to cancel orders where products are not available. Customer will be notified immediately upon cancellation. In the case that the ordered products have been paid, refunds will be done immediately for all orders canceled by pure shop aps. All cancellations of orders by customers must be done before the firstcoming 4 pm after our confirmation mail has been sent to the customer (before the package is picked up by the shipping company around 3.00 pm). All products will be shipped to the address given as shipping address. Customer is responsible for ensuring that all received packages from pure shop aps are not damaged upon delivery. For all delivery where products are damaged, customer must immediately make a statement with the delivery company at the time of delivery otherwise we cannot make refunds. pure shop aps must be contacted immediately concerning damaged products. For damaged products pure shop aps reserves the right to decide wheather customer will receive a replacement or a refund.

    4. Right of Revocation
    All ordered products can be returned within 14 days after the date of delivery. The products must be unopened, unused and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for all return charges including possible return charges that pure shop has to pay the shipper for returning any products. All products must be shipped to pure shop aps at the following address: pure shop aps, Groennegade 35 & 36, DK-1107 Copenhagen, DENMARK. pure shop aps cannot make refunds for products not sent back within the refund period. PostNord is an extra service, and shipping costs will not be refunded.

    6. Terms of Payment
    Payment will be made by the given form of payment on the order form. As soon as the money has been transferred, the products will be shipped. All prices are stated in EURO and include the at each time valid value added tax. The stated prices at the time of order apply. Please note that pure shop aps subtract the VAT when shipping to the Non-EU countries, as e.g. Norway and Switzerland but the Norwegian and Swiss Authorities can add the Norwegian and Swiss VAT and a certain fee when the goods enter Norway and Switzerland. Please notice that other Non-EU countries can add their VAT and/or other fees when the goods enter these countries. The payment method can be the following:

9. Disputes
Any dispute concerning the sale will be subjected to the Danish law.
